Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma names new vice president

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma announces the promotion of Julie Sloan to vice president, group marketing – west.

Sloan is responsible for new group business and account service in western and central Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City.

Sloan joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma 10 years ago, and has served in group marketing, individual markets, senior markets and health care provider contracting. Prior to joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Sloan spent eight years with Prudential.

She holds a business administration degree from University of Oklahoma. 

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma is a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans.
