Chamber Choice, a lower-priced alternative for groups of two to 99 employees, is available in the metro Tulsa area. This plan for member businesses of the Tulsa Metro Chamber - and other participating chambers - provides employers with a choice of four PPO plans and two HMO plans, each with a different deductible option.

Tulsa Metro Chamber membership is open to all businesses in Tulsa, Creek, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Wagoner and Washington counties.

  • No medical underwriting. Coverage guaranteed for chamber employers who meet contribution and participation requirements.
     
  • BlueOptions® PPO. More in-network choices than any other Oklahoma PPO Plan, with four deductible options.

  • Prescription drug coverage. If you use network pharmacies, 50% coinsurance applies.

  • Coverage in all 50 states and 200 foreign countries.

  • Office visit copayments. Only $20 or $30, depending on the plan the employer chooses.

  • BlueLincs HMO. Coverage available with or without an annual deductible. 

  • Additional coverage available. Term Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Dental coverage.
