The Oklahoma Caring Foundation, Inc. supports programs that provide Oklahomans access to health services.
Established in 1994, the foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, funded by community contributions and administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) as an in-kind donation. The Oklahoma Caring Foundation, Inc. operates:
- The Oklahoma Caring Van Program, providing immunizations at no charge to children across the state
- The Caring Program for Children, providing free health benefits to children in working families who cannot afford private health insurance
