Dental Plus BlueTraditional gives you the freedom to choose from dentists from across the state. When you visit your Dental Plus BlueTraditional dentist, just pay your deductible and copayment (when applicable); we'll do the rest. That means there are no claims to file, and payment for your covered dental services will be sent directly to your Dental Plus BlueTraditional dentist.

Dental Plus PPO

Dental Plus PPO is a plan rich in benefits and big on personal choice. You choose from among hundreds of Dental Plus PPO network dentists throughout Oklahoma. There are no claims to file, payment for covered dental services is sent directly to your PPO dentist and you'll receive covered services at a lower out-of-pocket cost. Choose a Dental Plus PPO dentist to receive the greatest savings, or choose a non-PPO dentist for a reduced benefit percentage. With Dental Plus PPO, the choice is yours!
