Vision Discount Program offered through Davis Vision 

The Davis Vision network provides access to a national blended network of over 25,000 providers in both independent and retail locations. This allows you the flexibility and convenience to obtain vision services in locations such as Wal-Mart and EyeMasters.

The value-added vision program not only provides discounts for routine exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses, it also includes a mail order contact lens replacement program (LENS 123), and a network of participating providers offering discounts on laser vision correction.

You can obtain services by simply presenting your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma ID card to a Davis Vision provider. The providers have been informed and trained to recognize your ID card.
