BCBSOK receives national 'Brand Excellence Award'

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) is one of seven companies to be recognized with a "Brand Excellence Award" from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. BCBSOK received the award in the Member Retention category for having a high member retention rate over the past year.

Member retention rates are built every day when BCBSOK delivers on its commitment to customer service and affordable health plans. This award is due in large part to the solid and loyal partnership that BCBSOK has fostered with its more than 680,000 members.

The annual "Brand Excellence Award" program honors Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies that excel in developing and enhancing the overall Blue Cross and Blue Shield brand image in a variety of ways. BCBSOK has received the award eight times since 2000.
