BAM Access Scheduled to Expire December 1, 2011

Additional websites available for Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan members

Beginning on 12/01/2011, Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan members will no longer be able to access Blue Access for Members^SM (BAM)* through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK).

Be sure to visit these other FEP-dedicated websites for the latest information about your health care benefits, and bookmark them for future reference:

• FEPBlue website  — Learn about the benefit plans, pharmacy programs, enrollment, health and wellness information.
• eService secure website for Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan members  — Log in or register today and access many of the same functions you've used in the BAM, including printing claims information and requesting an ID card.
