When calling our Customer Service, members have the option of taking a survey that allows them to rate their call experience and their satisfaction with the BCBSOK customer advocate.
Every month, a survey is mailed to selected members who have:
  • Placed a customer service call
  • Written a secure e-mail message to Customer Service
  • Had a claim processed
A monthly telephone survey of BCBSOK members is conducted to measure member loyalty.
