Electronic Payment Summary Technical Difficulties
We were previously experiencing technical difficulties with our Electronic Payment Summary (EPS). The problem has been identified and HCSC in the process of updating their system to correct these EPS files. At this time, we have a projected date of September 18, 2008. Once the solution has been implemented successfully, we will perform a recovery process for each impacted date. In the meantime, please continue to use your Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) file to update your account receivables.
Please disregard any duplicates received. No action is required by submitters at this time.
Due to the EPS issue, we wish to inform you that the original date for Discontinuance of Paper Provider Claims Summary originally scheduled for September 18, 2008 has been postpone until after October 14, 2008.
