January 1, 2013, BCBSOK will update CPT and HCPCS procedure code in accordance with the 2013 additions, deletions and revisions. Please note that deleted codes will not be accepted for payment for service dates on or after January 1, 2013. Please consult the 2013 CPT and HCPCS code books to identify additions, deletions and revisions.
