ERA/EPS Files Now Available
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) has resolved recent issues impacting the delivery of Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Payment Summary (EPS) files. Most of the outstanding ERA and EPS files have been successfully delivered for downloading by designated Receivers on the Availity® Web portal.
Please review the details below before contacting Availity or BCBSOK with questions.
- Most ERA files are scheduled to begin normal processing on Mon., Dec. 23, 2013. Please check the BCBSOK 2013 Holiday Schedule Reminders for additional information.
- A small subset of ERA files for specific Receivers are still being processed and have not been delivered for downloading. Please check your Availity mailbox first for availability of any outstanding files before calling Availity and/or BCBSOK.
- The processing of most EPS files was returned to the normal schedule as of Wed., Dec 18, 2013.
- The majority of outstanding EPS files have been processed and were delivered as of Fri. Dec. 20, 2013.
