SafeMeds prescription drug program

Patient safety is the purpose of the SafeMeds program, which helps consumers manage multiple medications, minimizing the risk of errors and potentially harmful interactions.

If you take four or more medications, this simple and effective program will help prevent potentially dangerous drug interactions.

HOW TO USE: Complete the SafeMeds medication profile and then put BOTH the profile AND all current medications (including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, herbals and supplements) in the SafeMeds bag. Take the bag with you to your next scheduled doctor’s appointment and ask your physician for a medication review. Ask your doctor about side effects, dosages, possible interactions and any special instructions.
