Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Ranked Highest in Member Satisfaction by J.D. Power 2016 Member Health Plan Study
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma also highest-scoring commercial plan for information and communication and claims processing
Tulsa, OK — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) ranked highest in member satisfaction among commercial health plans in the Heartland region, according to the 2016 J.D. Power Member Health Plan StudySM. BCBSOK also scored highest in the region in information and communication and claims processing.

Now in its 10th year, the 2016 J.D. Power Member Health Plan Study surveyed a random sampling of 31,867 commercial health plan members across 135 health plans in 18 regions throughout the United States, including the Heartland region where the BCBSOK plan operates. The survey took place between October and December 2015 and polled consumers with group and individually purchased health insurance. The survey did not include individuals who purchased health care plans on the state or federal exchanges and does not include Medicare or Medicaid.
