Important Information Regarding INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma's (BCBSOK) contract with INTEGRIS Health (INTEGRIS) will expire Aug. 31, 2017. If we are not able to reach a new agreement before then, INTEGRIS will no longer be a part of our Blue TraditionalSM, Blue Choice PPOSM, Blue Preferred PPOSM, BlueLincs HMOSM and Medicare AdvantageSM networks. However, BCBSOK members will still have in-network access to INTEGRIS through Nov. 29, 2017, because of the 90-day transition period required under our current agreement. This situation does not affect doctors who treat patients at INTEGRIS and remain independently contracted with us.
Our goal throughout the negotiation process has been and will continue to be to retain INTEGRIS in our networks. As always, our priority is to ensure that members have access to in-network, quality, experienced and credentialed health care facilities and providers.
Members can use our Provider Finder® tool for up-to-date listings of in-network providers. Additionally, members can call the number on their ID card with any questions regarding in-network care.
