Important Information Regarding INTEGRIS Health Inc

On Friday, July 28, we informed you that INTEGRIS Health Inc., the group of doctors and health care professionals employed by INTEGRIS Health (INTEGRIS) terminated its participating provider agreement with us on July 26, 2017, and will no longer be a part of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) networks after Oct. 24, 2017.
We also said that doctors and health care professionals affiliated with INTEGRIS through INTEGRIS Health Partners are not affected. We realize this could be confusing and would like to clarify what we mean.
INTEGRIS Health Partners comprises both health care professionals employed by INTEGRIS (through INTEGRIS Health Inc.) and independent professionals who are only affiliated with the INTEGRIS network.
Our members may or may not be able to continue seeing their health care provider at in-network rates depending on the provider’s relationship to INTEGRIS. The providers who are not employed by INTEGRIS but only affiliated with the INTEGRIS network, have not terminated their individual participation agreements, and we stand ready to work with these providers to keep them in our networks.
We understand changing to another doctor can be difficult. We are here to help members in this process. Members who would like to know their options for in-network care, can use our Provider Finder® to locate a new provider in the area. They can register for or log in to Blue Access for MembersSM for personalized search results based on their health plan and network. Members can also call the customer service number on their ID card for assistance.
