Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Expands In-Network Participation With St. John Health System

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) is pleased to announce a new agreement with St. John Health System, expanding in-network access for many BCBSOK members. Under this new agreement, St. John Health System facilities and employed doctors will be in the Blue Preferred PPOSM, Blue Advantage PPOSM, and BlueLincs HMOSM networks, effective April 1, 2019.

St. John Health System facilities and doctors are currently in the Blue TraditionalSM and Blue Choice PPOSM networks. Members will continue to have access to these facilities and doctors at in-network benefit levels.

St. John Health System facilities include: St. John Medical Center, St. John Owasso, St. John Broken Arrow, St. John Sapulpa, Jane Phillips Medical Center (Bartlesville) and Jane Phillips Nowata Health Center.

"We are very excited to expand our networks with St. John Health System facilities and doctors. This is something we have worked very hard to accomplish and are pleased with the outcome," said Joseph R. Cunningham, M.D., BCBSOK president. "This agreement aligns with our commitment to provide access to quality, cost-effective health care for our members, ensuring they are treated by in-network doctors at in-network facilities."
