INTEGRIS Health and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) are pleased to announce they have reached an agreement for a new contract with the INTEGRIS Health Medical Group. This means BCBSOK members can continue accessing INTEGRIS Health doctors with in-network benefits.
Earlier in the month, BCBSOK members were notified of ongoing contract negotiations with a termination date set for Dec. 31. The agreement keeps INTEGRIS Health Medical Group doctors and facilities in network across Oklahoma, including Oklahoma City, Edmond, Enid, Grove, Miami and Yukon, on an in-network basis.
“When it comes to health care, Oklahomans place their trust in INTEGRIS Health doctors, so reaching an agreement was critical to ensure uninterrupted access to care and coverage from the providers they know and respect,” said Timothy Pehrson, president and chief executive officer of INTEGRIS Health. “Our mission is to partner with people to live healthier lives, so having a renewed contract with BCBSOK allows our doctors to continue caring for the patients that have come to trust them with their lives.”
The agreement also adds Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Health Center for Addiction Recovery to certain networks, supporting BCBSOK’s commitment to mental health and addiction recovery. In addition, INTEGRIS Health Medical Group has joined BCBSOK’s value-based care program, which focuses on improving patient outcomes.

The new agreement means BCBSOK members in the Blue TraditionalSM, Blue Choice PPOSM, Blue Preferred PPOSM, Blue Advantage PPOSM, BlueLincs HMOSM, NativeBlueSM, Blue Plan65 SelectSM, Medicare Advantage HMOSM and Medicare Advantage PPOSM networks will continue to receive uninterrupted in-network benefits at INTEGRIS Health facilities and with INTEGRIS Health Medical Group providers.
INTEGRIS Health and BCBSOK thank their patients and members for their patience and understanding while contract terms were finalized. Both organizations worked diligently behind the scenes to come to an agreement to prevent any disruption in care for INTEGRIS Health’s patients and BCBSOK’s members.
