Rejected Claims with the QGE Error Message
Health Care Service Corporation Claim Files that were rejected due to the QGE Error Message (Billing Tax ID Not a Match to NPI) will be reprocessed starting Friday, Jan. 23, 2009. No further action is needed from the submitter.
Correct response reports will be available Saturday morning, Jan. 24, 2009. Please disregard claim rejection that is indicated as a DUPLICATE claim rejection, in this case the original claim was previously accepted.
