Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) is licensed as a sponsor of the Bridges to Excellence (BTE) Diabetic Care Recognition program and Cardiac Care Recognition programs. The Diabetic Care Recognition and Cardiac Care Recognition programs aim to improve care for patients with diabetes and cardiac conditions by rewarding physicians who provide exceptional care. The BTE programs also demonstrate BCBSOK's commitment to improving the health and enhancing the wellness of its members.

Become a BTE Recognized Physician
We invite physicians who treat persons with diabetes or cardiac disease to become BTE recognized and have an opportunity to earn annual incentives for providing excellent care based on BTE guidelines. BCBSOK will pay a BTE recognized physician $100 per BCBSOK selected patient, per program year.
