Production Date Missing on 835 ERA
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma has identified an internal system issue affecting ANSI v5010A1 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) transactions.
From April 13, 2012, through April 19, 2012, you may have noticed that the production date (DTM*405 segment/data element) was missing from your ERA files. This issue may have inhibited the auto-posting process. As a reminder, the production date is also displayed within the Electronic Payment Summary (EPS). If you use a billing service or clearinghouse, please make sure they are aware of this issue.
