Enroll Now for ERA and EFT through Availity

November 11, 2016

Did you know providers can enroll and make necessary changes to the Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) set up through the AvailityTM Web portal?

Effective Jan. 1, 2017, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) EFT and ERA enrollment process will only be available electronically through Availity. When Availity is used to complete the ERA and EFT real-time enrollment, providers will receive a confirmation letter acknowledging the effective date of registration, which eliminates the burden of follow up associated with the paper enrollment process.

Once your organization is enrolled for ERA, providers and billing services gain the ability to use the Availity Remittance Viewer. This tool permits you to search, view, save and print remittance information, even if the ERA is delivered to an appointed receiver. To learn more about the Remittance Viewer, go to the Remittance Viewer area under, under the Education and Reference Center/Provider Tools section at

Benefits of enrolling for ERA through Availity:
