eviCore Hold Times May Increase Due to Hurricane Florence

You may experience longer-than-normal hold times when calling eviCore Healthcare (eviCore) due to Hurricane Florence. Providers should use the eviCore Healthcare Web Portal, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

One of eviCore’s key call centers is located in South Carolina and has activated its business continuity plan ahead of the storm’s landfall.

To manage call volume, eviCore is:

  • Rerouting calls to multiple call centers
  • Adding capacity in their Colorado Springs, Colo., and St. Louis offices
