If you'd like to keep your current plan, continue paying your monthly bills on time to be automatically enrolled for next year. If you would like to explore a different plan for next year, we have a range of plan options available.

How can I prepare to renew my plan?
1. Get your documents ready: The Marketplace looks at annual household income and other information to decide if you qualify for savings on health coverage through the Marketplace like premium tax credits and other cost-sharing reductions. You may be asked to submit documents to confirm your income information.
It's helpful to have a proof of your income handy, like a recent pay stub, tax return or W-2.
2. Update your information: Make sure your contact information is current. This will help make sure you do not miss important information from the Marketplace or BCBSOK.

3. Watch your inbox: We'll provide you with information on 2027 coverage options and premium information before and during Open Enrollment.
