Throughout the past decade, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma has partnered with the Oklahoma Youth Expo to provide scholarships to seniors who desire to attend an Oklahoma higher education institution in pursuit of a medical degree, with the intention of focusing on health in rural Oklahoma. Scholarship selection is also based on academic excellence and community involvement.
