Livongo®, our preferred digital health provider for diabetes and hypertension management*, is continuing to offer a free COVID-19-specific version of its myStrength behavioral health solution through the end of the year. This tool is available to all members and their family and friends.
COVID-19 has heightened stress and uncertainty for many, including concerns about their health and job loss. myStrength offers resources to help members cope.
The tool offers 25 education modules about mental health and evidence-based coping skills. The material is presented in short, two-to-three-minute lessons.
The resource is available to members and visitors at our COVID-19 Resource Center. They can create an account by entering their first name, date of birth, email address and ZIP code. All information is kept confidential.
