With Virtual Visits your appointment will be with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE provider for minor, non-emergency conditions by phone, mobile app or online video anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a doctor immediately or schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.

MDLIVE^® is a separate company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) to provide virtual visit services for members with coverage through BCBSOK. MDLIVE is solely responsible for its operations and for those of its contracted providers. Virtual Visits may not be available to all BCBSOK members.

Your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan may provide coverage for over‑the‑counter (OTC) drugs and other health‑related pharmacy products. Members may select these item(s) from a catalog and have them shipped directly to them.
