As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma member, you have access to tools and resources that can help you meet your health and wellness goals, save money and get care when you need it most.
The BlueCard Program is not available for Medicaid, Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plan members. HMO plan members can use the BlueCard Program only for emergency or urgent care when traveling or away from home for less than 90 days. Also, the Away From Home Care Program is not available for Medicaid plan members or for HMO plan members on the Blue Precision HMO℠ Network and BlueCare Direct℠, in collaboration with Advocate Health Care.
Blue365 is a discount program only for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma members. This is NOT insurance. Some of the services offered through this program may be covered under your health plan. You should check your benefit booklet or call the Customer Service number on your member ID card for specific benefit facts. Use of Blue365 does not change monthly payments, nor do costs of the services or products count toward any maximums and/or plan deductibles. Discounts are only given through vendors that take part in this program. BCBSOK does not guarantee or make any claims or recommendations about the program’s services or products. You should consult your doctor before using these services and products. BCBSOK reserves the right to stop or change this program at any time without notice.
24/7 Nurseline is not available to IL HMO members. Confirm availability with customer service. For medical emergencies, call 911. This program is not a substitute for a doctor’s care. Talk to your doctor about any health questions or concerns.
