2022 Medicare Supplement Rate, New ‘Continue with Blue’ Member Discount

What’s new. With the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period approaching, here’s two things you need to know:

• New rate: The rate increase for Medicare Supplement plans sold during the 2022 sales cycle is 3.05%.
• New member discount: We’re offering a Continue with Blue discount on monthly premiums to prior Retail and commercial Blue members who are Medicare-eligible and choose one of our Medicare Supplement plans.

Medicare Advantage Members Reminded to Get Annual Flu Shots

Group and individual MAPD members received an email and a postcard during the last few days reminding them to get their flu shot.

Members can get their flu shot at their doctors’ offices or at any network pharmacy. The annual vaccine helps protect people from complications that can result, such as pneumonia.
