Retail Producer Portal: You can now view our plan year 2023 ACA QHPs and pricing in the Retail Producer Portal. Get a jump start on developing on- and off-exchange quotes and proposals for your clients.
Retail Shopping Cart: If your clients want to view plans and pricing using the Retail Shopping Cart, they can visit bcbsok.com. Note that consumers can't receive an official premium tax credit amount until open enrollment begins on Nov. 1.
Enhanced Direct Enrollment: Consumers can enroll, end-to-end, in our Marketplace plans via an online process that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) calls Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE). We launched EDE last year.
No QHP discontinuations: BCBSOK will offer individuals and families a variety of qualified health plan (QHP) options on- and off-exchange for plan year 2023. All 2022 ACA QHPs will renew for next year. In addition, all grandfathered individual plans will renew. Member renewal packets will arrive by Nov. 1.
2023 Plan Comparison Charts and Sales Brochures: Plan comparison charts present our individual qualified health plans in easy-to-follow chart format for at-a-glance comparison shopping. The medical plan sales brochure gives consumers an overview on covered services, metallics, financial assistance, networks, prescription drug coverage and the benefits of buying Blue. Our dental brochure combines a plan comparison chart with the top features of our dental plans.
