In response to the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements on MAPD/PDP sales call recording, BCBSOK has partnered with Connecture to provide you with a tool that will ensure compliance with the new mandates. If you couldn’t attend last month’s sessions, join us for these repeat sessions to:
- Access recording features via the Blue Access for Producers portal
- Create beneficiary profiles
- Complete a call recording
- Submit an enrollment through the Connecture platform
