Information About Oklahoma Senate Bill 1503 and House Bill 4327

Present status: We’re continuing to monitor the status of Oklahoma Senate Bill 1503, also referred to as the Oklahoma Heartbeat Act, and House Bill 4327. Since passing through the state legislature, both bills have been challenged in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and are currently pending a ruling.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court’s decision could have an impact on our customers and members. We have processes in place to identify and pend claims for services in Oklahoma that my be impacted by these pieces of legislation, and we’ll continue providing you with guidance and up-to-date information.
