On September 28, 2020, EyeMed, a vendor of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) informed BCBSOK that an unauthorized individual gained access to the EyeMed enrollment mailbox. This situation impacts certain BCBSOK members who currently have or previously had EyeMed for their vision plan.
