Communities

Expanding Access

We believe in the power of community and collective action to advance our goal of expanding access to care and opportunities across Oklahoma.

With more than $2.8 million invested in 2024 in grants and sponsorships, we’re leveraging the knowledge, experience and talents of community organizations and partners to address social and economic factors that influence health in our communities

Our People

Living Our Purpose

Our nearly 1,300 Oklahoma employees are vital to our commitment to stand with our members and communities, through it all. They show it in our culture of caring that respects and celebrates unique experiences and perspectives. And they bring this commitment to life in their communities with thousands of hours as volunteers.

Operating Responsibly

Our Values at Work

Our core values — integrity, respect, commitment, excellence and caring — are embedded in every interaction with our members, customers and suppliers. They also guide how we operate as a corporate citizen and inspire continuous efforts to reduce our impact on the environment and make our communities healthier and more sustainable.
