Watch your email or mail for a new participating provider contract amendment that will go into effect on Dec. 1, 2025. Notification will be sent by Sept. 1, 2025.
What’s changing: The amendment impacts the credentialing committee appeals and right of recovery details in all current contracts. Professional and ancillary providers will also see changes to liability insurance and performance or quality measurement programs. Ancillary providers will see changes to the prior authorization program.
