As of first quarter 2026, the statewide professional provider fee schedules for Oklahoma will be updated. These fee schedules are updated annually during the first quarter to reflect the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services updates that have occurred throughout the year.
You can request a copy of the current fee schedule by submitting a Fee Schedule Request Form to OKNetworkManagement@bcbsok.com or through Availity® Essentials using the Fee Schedule Listing tool.
National Drug Codes fee schedules remain on a monthly update schedule. You can request an NDC fee schedule by submitting the NDC Fee Schedule Request Form to OKNetworkManagement@bcbsok.com.
