To help ensure our members have access to in-network care, we’re expanding our network of dental providers who perform services covered by our members’ medical benefits, such as oral and maxillofacial surgery, accident-related dental work and implants. We invite dental providers who perform medical services to join the following networks:
- Blue TraditionalSM
- Blue Choice PPOSM
- Blue Preferred PPOSM
- Blue Advantage PPOSM
- BlueLincs HMOSM
- MyBlue HMOSM
- Native BlueSM
- Blue Plan65 SelectSM
- Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (HMO)SM
- Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (PPO)SM
Network participation: Once you have completed the onboarding process, which includes signing a participation agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma for the networks of your choice, you will be listed as a participating provider in our provider directories. If you do not have an active participation agreement with BCBSOK, you will be out-of-network and will not be eligible to receive the in-network rate for covered services you render to our members.
Your next steps:
- To apply to join our networks, complete our online Provider Onboarding Form under the How to Join Our Networks section.
- If you aren’t currently credentialed, you will need to go through the credentialing process for approval by our credentialing committee. After you complete the Provider Onboarding Form, you’ll be contacted via email to complete a CAQH application. Once you are approved, BCBSOK will execute the signed network agreement and addendums. The rendering provider must sign all necessary documentation.
