Small Group Renewal Changes? Use the Request Center and Resubmit

The Request Center is used to submit Small Group renewal changes to existing groups.
For example:
- Plan changes and anniversary date changes
- Group contact and address changes
Please note: Do not submit general questions to the Request Center. Questions should be sent directly to the state-specific Account Management team.
Here are the most important parts to use correctly.
Requests Needing Attention
You must review and act on this section, supplying whatever missing information is required.
Resubmit Button
- If you do not hit Resubmit, any corrections or changes will not reach us; they will remain idle in the tool and your request will be automatically discontinued.
- Don’t forget to hit Resubmit.
