Blue Balance Funded Small Group Renewal Process Gets Easier: Access Training

What’s happening: Blue Balance Funded Small Group renewals will now happen entirely in the eSales Request Center Tool, from completion of renewal information to the account providing a digital signature. By streamlining this process and having it live in a single digital tool, we aim to save you and your clients time and reduce complexity.
Go live date: This change goes into effect beginning Feb. 22, 2026, ahead of April 1, 2026, renewals.
Critical update: Do not use the eSales Request Center Tool for Blue Balance Funded submissions starting end of day Jan. 30, 2026, through end of day on Feb. 21, 2026.
Why: This restriction is in place so we can complete the processing of inflight submissions for Q1 renewals. If you attempt to enter submissions in the eSales Request Center Tool during this restriction period (end of day Jan. 30, 2026, through end of day on Feb. 21, 2026), you will not be able to select effective dates, and the data entry will be stopped.
Training available: During the eSales Request Center Tool renewal submission restriction period of Jan. 30, 2026, to Feb. 21, 2026, Small Group Account Management will host multiple webinars and supply training materials. We encourage you to register for and attend a training event .
