In addition, this resource offers the following valuable features:

  • Digital Tool Kits: Multiple options that cover ADHD, grief, workplace dynamics and women’s health (both general health and menopause focused)
  • Learn to Live recently launched the Leadwell Digital Tool Kit, which is designed to empower leaders to take charge of their mental health and promote wellbeing within their teams/workplace
  • Quick Breaks: Wellness activities that can be completed in five minutes, covering topics such as stress management, health sleep habits and emotional resilience
  • Mindfulness Moments: Weekly mood-boosting text messages
  • Webinars: Live and on-demand covering varying topics such as mindful eating, building healthy habits, promoting helpful self-talk, the role of optimism, getting a better night’s sleep, etc.
