Clients can log in to to access wellness tools and programs designed to support healthier lifestyles. Through Well onTarget® and the Blue Points℠ Rewards Program*, eligible members may earn up to $100 in gift cards per year by completing healthy activities and wellness goals.
What Is the Online Member Portal?
The online member portal is a platform where members can navigate to many resources, including the Wellness tab where they will find Well onTarget. This is a digital wellness platform that includes:
- Health assessments
- Education and self-guided wellness programs
- Fitness device integration
- Personalized wellness tracking
- Additional health-focused tools and resources
How Members can Earn up to $100
The Blue Points Rewards Program allows members to earn points by completing wellness activities and achieving health goals. Points can be redeemed for digital gift cards from retailers such as:
- Amazon
- Barnes & Noble
- Best Buy
- And many more
Who Is Eligible?
Members with an ACA individual and family plan, on- or off-exchange, can participate.
Eligibility details:
- The policy subscriber and all adult dependents (18+) can enroll.
- Each eligible adult can earn up to $100 annually. For example, a household of four eligible adults could earn up to $400 per year combined.
- Note: For adult dependents to earn Blue Points for Auto Bill Pay and paperless communication activities, the policy subscriber must complete these steps and remain enrolled for at least four months.
