Reminder: Small Group Tier I Reports; Q&A Included

Blue Access for Employers^SM is your source for Tier I reports, which contain an aggregate of paid claims and paid premium data. Producers and employer groups can retrieve the reports via self-service approximately 75 days before a renewal. These reports are available for eligible small employer groups of 25 or more eligible employees.

Q: Where are the reports located in BAE^SM?
A: Once logged in to BAE, simply go to Reports, and then click Request/Download Reports. The Tier I will be under Client Report.

Q: As a producer, can I access the report through BAE?
A: Yes, if your client granted you delegated access to their BAE account, you can access the report.

Q: What if I don’t have delegated access to my client’s BAE page?
A: Delegated access must be given directly from an authorized group representative. If you are unable to see your client’s BAE page, we recommend you reach out directly to them and ask them to go to the Account Summary page and click Security Manager. From there, they simply need to authorize your access in the Broker Access tab.

Q: What if I can’t find a report in BAE?
A: In general, reports are pushed out to BAE starting the 5th of the month. Due to the quantity of renewals in Q4, it may take extra time for all reports to upload. If your client’s report isn’t visible by the 5th, please check back.
