Introducing BlueSolutions PPO, a New Plan Offering in 2026

What’s new: Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma is launching
BlueSolutions PPO^SM to fully insured small groups. It’s a new tiered product designed to expand market share by providing more affordable options in areas without a robust Advantage presence.

Why it matters: This product provides your clients a clear, cost-saving choice for their employees while maintaining network flexibility.

How it works: BlueSolutions PPO works like Blue Options^SM, with different network tiering:

• BlueSolutions: Tier 1 Blue Advantage, Tier 2 Blue Preferred and Tier 3 out of network
• Blue Options: Tier 1 Blue Preferred, Tier 2 Blue Choice and Tier 3 out of network
