Many members skip choosing a primary care provider during enrollment.

If they don’t pick one:

  • They’ll get an email allowing 5 days to choose.
  • Missed the deadline? Then a PCP is auto-assigned.

Why it matters:

  • Auto-assignment = wrong ID cards + frustrated calls to our centers.

Your move: Remind members to choose a PCP during sign-up—avoid headaches later.

Tribal Member Alert: Confirm PCP Choice

  • No PCP choice? They may get a non-Tribal provider.
  • Some PCPs may not show correctly—call to confirm participation.
  • Tip: Search by last name for easier results.
