Don’t Forget: 2026 First Month’s Premium Will be Auto Drafted Today

As a reminder, if your client signed up for auto bill pay, their first premium payment will be automatically withdrawn today, Dec. 31, 2025, from the account they provided when signing up for auto bill pay. The first premium payment is required to effectuate coverage for Individual & Family Markets health plans.

On Dec. 10, we informed you that three targeted emails were being sent out to members with 2026 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma individual and family plan coverage. These messages were designed to reduce surprise of first month’s premium due for 2026 coverage, encourage members to reach out to you for any questions they may have and remind members enrolled in auto bill pay of the upcoming draft.
