Now Chamber members across Oklahoma can enjoy quality, affordable health coverage with Oklahoma Chamber Blue. 

Oklahoma Chamber Blue, a lower-priced alternative for groups of two to 99 employees, is available in 62 counties outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas. Businesses that are members of The State Chamber or a local chamber of commerce may choose from two PPO plans and two HMO plans, with two deductible options for each plan. 

  • No medical underwriting. Coverage guaranteed for chamber-enrolled businesses who meet contribution and participation requirements.
     
  • BlueOptions® PPO. More in-network choices than any other Oklahoma PPO Plan, with two deductible options.

  • BlueLincs HMO. Coverage available with or without an annual deductible. 
  • Prescription drug coverage. 50 percent coinsurance applies at network pharmacies up to $10,000 stop loss. After that, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will pay 100 percent of allowable prescription charges.
  • Nationwide coverage

  • $20 office visit copayments

  • Dental coverage available
